Most of our products are handmade and customizable; for that reason, we don’t offer refunds for merchandise sold and received.
We offer store credit for merchandise returned for the following reasons: damaged/defective. Store credit will be issued in the amount of the item only.

If your product is damaged during the shipping process, contact us within three days of receiving your order. Send us 2-3 images of the damage; that way, we can process a replacement.
We are not responsible for any lost package due to an address error or any stolen package.
